We are a close-knit family of creatives, with a passion that flows through our work.

Waterline was founded with a rebellious spirit and an ambitious objective: to deliver an exemplary creative service to our network of clients through exceptional imagery, storytelling, design and strategies. Creativity and a passion for excellence underpin our existence. We don’t want to be the biggest, but we do want to be the best.

Did you know?

Background check.

Creative Director and chief photographer Mike Jones, has firmly put his stamp on the marine industry, and is recognised as one of the world’s leaders in his field. With over 18 years hands-on experience to draw upon, Mike has successfully led Waterline to deliver countless campaigns and projects to our clients.

A talented bunch.

The Waterline team has grown quite organically, and everyone brings something special to the table. We have everything from first class degrees to international equestrian accolades. We have mighty marathon runners and skilful sailors, and if we had an office trophy cabinet it would be full to bursting!

Doing business right.

We like to think of our client relationships more as partnerships, as ultimately your success is our success. Our little black book of suppliers and our far-reaching network is testament to the years of doing things right. We aim to leave as light a footprint as we can on the planet and encourage our clients to do the same.

Home sweet home.

We are lucky to have our offices on the river Hamble, in a bustling marina shipyard. It keeps us tuned in to the marine industry, and is a wonderfully picturesque place to work. Do come and stop by if you are in the area, we would love chat about how we can help elevate your brand.

Next generation.

We believe in nurturing and harnessing the next generation of talent. Through our student placements we have been able to support the development and careers of a number of young creatives, and we were even awarded ‘Placement Provider of the Year’ by Portsmouth University in 2019.

Integrated ingenuity.

The beauty of our small team and big thinking really allows us to punch above our weight when supporting our clients. The broad spectrum of talent and skills across the company are applied to everything we do, and the knowledge base we can draw upon for any given project is impressive, unusual for an agency of our size.
